Sparkflows now allows users to schedule their workflows at various times of the day and week. This way you can create workflows, and have them running automatically and producing results.
Below is the screen with which a selected workflow can be scheduled.

Viewing Results of Workflow Executions
The results of the execution of the workflows can be viewed in the Workflow Executions Page. This allows us to view the results of past execution, logs of the run etc.
